Have you ever wondered what your life would be like if you weren’t afraid?
We’ve actually discovered that the answer is not in trying to be fearless, because fear will always be there. It’s one of the most important human emotions we have. Brave, on the contrary, is something we can all become if we work on our confidence day by day.
It’s not about NOT having fear… it’s about having the courage to face it.
This program will give you the tools, the mindset, and the inspiration to push through fear, crush your comfort zone and become who you’re meant to be.
We will meet via Zoom for one hour once per week for 10 weeks to discover and to tackle all those fears, doubts and limiting beliefs that are holding us back. Each week will be jam-packed with insightful content, valuable stories, and fun challenges that will get us to knock on our fears’ door and say: oh, hello there! coming through…
First we need to WANT to live our best life so we can then put in the work and the courage to go after our dreams. This week will be about awakening our desire to live fully, and how I used the 100-day-project as a trigger to embark on a new life journey

We all have universal, cultural, and personal fears. The cultural ones are those that limit our potential the most.
