10 WEEK PROGRAM

Have you ever wondered what your life would be like if you weren’t afraid?

We’ve actually discovered that the answer is not in trying to be fearless, because fear will always be there. It’s one of the most important human emotions we have. Brave, on the contrary, is something we can all become if we work on our confidence day by day.

It’s not about NOT having fear… it’s about having the courage to face it.

This program will give you the tools, the mindset, and the inspiration to push through fear, crush your comfort zone and become who you’re meant to be.

*GAME PLAN*

We will meet via Zoom for one hour once per week for 10 weeks to discover and to tackle all those fears, doubts and limiting beliefs that are holding us back. Each week will be jam-packed with insightful content, valuable stories, and fun challenges that will get us to knock on our fears’ door and say: oh, hello there! coming through…

WEEK 1: From autopilot to living fully

First we need to WANT to live our best life so we can then put in the work and the courage to go after our dreams. This week will be about awakening our desire to live fully, and how I used the 100-day-project as a trigger to embark on a new life journey

We will discuss:

  • What specific things in our comfort zone are holding us back

  • The 7 types of fear and discomfort

  • How to let go of control in order to face uncertainty

  • How to make time feel longer

  • Redefining fear - from obstacle to opportunity

WEEK 2: How to positively influence others

Are you an influencer? Don’t make that face! We can all be one, in fact, you may already be. An influencer is whoever can INFLUENCE others’ behavior or mindset. So, are you? I’m pretty sure the answer is YES. This week we will talk about a concept I love: “everyday leadership”, and how we can all become influencers for good.

We will discuss:

  • Why you should never aim to be FEARLESS

  • How self awareness and vulnerability lead to connection

  • How to use the power of courage beyond ourselves

  • The compounding effect of everyday leadership and how to become true influencers

WEEK 3: Checking our OWN boxes

We all have universal, cultural, and personal fears. The cultural ones are those that limit our potential the most. They affect us in two ways: the life decisions we make, and the way we portray ourselves in front of others. This week we will focus on the life choices we’ve made to satisfy others’ expectations, and how to design a life that will satisfy us above all.

We will discuss:

  • The unexpected relation between comfort and happiness

  • A revealing exercise: Should vs. Want

  • The consequences of “fitting in” instead of belonging

  • How to beat the tendency to settle

WEEK 4: Becoming your authentic self

This week we’ll cover how our cultural fears hold us back from embracing who we already are. This session will be all about personal branding and how by crafting our truest brand, our business and personal relationships will thrive.

We will discuss:

  • How to contrast instead of compare

  • The difference between self-love and self-acceptance

  • How to identify our most authentic self

  • Why and how to choose bold over bland

  • The art of storytelling

WEEK 5: Exposing ourselves and dealing with criticism

Haters gonna hate. Right? Doesn’t matter if we fail or succeed, people like to talk. And we certainly cannot allow criticism to get in the way of our dreams, or to define us. This week we will learn how to deal with those who have something to say about us or our work.

We will discuss:

  • Our worst critic: How to get out of our own head

  • Step by step process for dealing with judgemental people

  • How to use criticism as FUEL

  • What I learned from going viral

  • How to show up and share your talents with confidence

WEEK 6: Unlearning Failure

When we prevent failure we also prevent success. Boom. There you go, you don’t even need to tune in this week. Just let that sink in. JK! There is so much more to this. But seriously, it all starts with understanding that failing is what gets us closer to succeeding, while COMFORT …well, comfort is what keeps us from failing or succeeding.

We will discuss:

  • How to use rejection to reach success

  • How to choose action over perfection

  • Turning our fears into our goals

  • How to deal with the “unknown”

WEEK 7: Growth over Comfort

This is my favorite topic. Like, EVER. I can talk for hours and hours about the importance of choosing growth over comfort. But I won’t. I mean, we will only meet for an hour. And that will be enough for you to change the way you make decisions, foreva.

We will discuss:

  • The 6-stage process to facing a fear

  • How to overcome the hardest stage of them all

  • The two psychological systems that directly influence our decision making

  • How to consistently choose growth over comfort

  • Having X-ray vision… yup. And the impact it has on our everyday life

WEEK 8: Learning how to ASK for the things we want, need and deserve

Becoming an assertive person takes a whole lot of courage. And asking for help, takes some of that too! So, I asked Adam (my hubby and business partner) to join me this week to HELP us all become a little bit more assertive in life.

We will discuss:

  • How to identify the right opportunities to say YES to

  • How to value your time and your worth

  • The power in asking unapologetically

  • How to stand up for ourselves with empathy and kindness

WEEK 9: How to NOT sabotage our way to success

When we imagine our lives in the future we not only see the good stuff that can come from succeeding, but also the path ahead of us and what needs to be done to get there…That hike to the top is usually full of things way out of our comfort zone, and without even noticing it, we’ll be sabotaging our way to success

We will discuss:

  • How success may not be what you think

  • The difference between skills and passion and how to merge the two

  • Fear of starting something new

  • How to deal with change

  • How to build on top of success

WEEK 10: Grow through dirt. Rewrite your story.

Our fears and insecurities have their own history. We can allow them to take over our future, or we can use them as the reason to bloom. This last week we will focus on our past so we can understand how to rewrite our future.

We will discuss:

  • How to turn the vulnerabilities from our past into fuel for our future

  • How to give back with abundance even if we came from a scarce past

  • How to “water” ourselves in order to “bloom”

BONUS: 100-Day Project

This week we will go through the project that completely changed my life and can also change yours. We’ll talk about the Do’s and Don’ts, why embark on a 100-day project, some of the best practices and the step by step on how to come up with a successful idea and plan around it! Interested much?
